Current Projects and events that keep FOSRSP busy!

FOSRSP is actively fund-raising to create 10 to 15 miles of horse trails and primitive camping on the north side of the park.  We hope to begin construction in 2008.

Bring us your aluminum cans and 20 oz plastic soda bottles!  This ongoing fundraiser is one of the ways we are raising money to help with various Park Projects.

Watch for future kayak and canoe races in conjunction with the Silver River State Park River Adventures, the Visitor Service Provider at Silver River.

We are providing monthly tram tours down to the river for seniors or disabled persons who are not able to walk to the river.  This is by reservation only, please call the park for further information.
